Monday mornings here at Dubbo City and Gilgandra Toyota aren't what you would expect. There are no cases of "the Mondays" and no sense of impending dread of what lies in the week ahead. As I walk from the employee car park to the service drive through entrance, I'm greeted by warm, familiar, friendly faces. Genuine and warm "Hi! How was your weekend?" and huge smiles are my first taste of Monday at Dubbo City Toyota.
Throughout the week, there is plenty of banter, laughter, and genuine relationship building, peppered in with work here and there. The people here genuinely care about each other and are always willing to step up to help solve a problem, answer a question, or explain a concept. When you're in the building, you are amongst friends.
