In the event of a theft we’re here 24/7 to help trace and locate your connected Toyota vehicle [CS4]. The location information is
given to the police so they can track down your stolen vehicle.
How it works

Report
In the unfortunate event of a
stolen vehicle you should first file
a stolen vehicle report with the police.

Contact
Contact Toyota Stolen Vehicle
Assistance and quote your police
report number, vehicle identification number (VIN) or
vehicle registration on 1300 216 738.

Trace
Your Toyota agent will coordinate
with the police and provide them
with your vehicle’s location
information.

Automatic Collision Notification (ACN)
Automatic Collision Notification notifies the Emergency Call Centre automatically in the event that the vehicle detects a collision even if you are unable to place the call. The vehicle’s built-in sensors trigger this notification[CS3].

SOS Emergency Call (SOS)
SOS Emergency Call provides you a connection to a trained agent that can direct emergency service providers to the vehicle’s location if required. This is done by a push of the SOS button located in the overhead console[CS2].

Recent Trips and Drive Pulse
View your 10 last trips’ information such as distance travelled, time on the road and more. Your Drive
Pulse score can help you become a better driver by showing you your braking, acceleration and
cornering behaviours[CS7].

Odometer and fuel level
Get up-to-date odometer and fuel level readings, including an approximate distance to empty reading in the palm of your hand. So you can plan your next trip with confidence[CS10].

customer driver settings
This allows you to set and receive driver alerts when you lend your Toyota to someone from your nominated list of drivers. Once set, these notifications can include alerts to exceeded speed, time or distance[CS11].

Vehicle Status
Get instant peace of mind, double check the status of windows by simply using the myToyota Connect app[CS9].

Vehicle Locator
Remembering where you parked your car[CS1] is now a thing of the past, its location is saved in the app at all times[CS9].

Glove Box
Have your warranty and manual on hand at all times. Just access them in the myToyota Connect app[CS5].

Notifications
For extra peace of mind, you have easy access to your previous notifications like car door status (not inclusive of boot), fuel level warnings and more[CS11].

Toyota Link
Toyota Link will no longer be available from 28 April 2023. After this date,
applications on your head unit will no longer be accessible and the Toyota
Link app will not operate.
