The Dubbo Turf Club and Castlereagh Hotel will again host the official Dubbo Gold Cup Calcutta raising funds for Country Hope.

Country Hope provides emotional & financial support to country families who have a child diagnosed with cancer or other life-threatening illness. Through family-centred programs, Country Hope supports the needs of the entire family by extending thecaring hand of assistance. 

In 2022, the Dubbo Gold Cup Calcutta pool reached $37,000 and the winning bidder took home a cool $21,000 when Casino Kid won last yearsyear'so City & Gilgandra Toyota Dubbo Gold Cup. Importantly, 10% of the Calcutta pool will be donated to Country Hope.

Other feature events on the day include the $50,000 Evergreen Turf Vincent Gordon Flying Handicap, $50,000 Arrowfield Country Magic Plate and $40,000 Castlereagh Hotel Cup.
