Your Health & Safety is Our Priority

At Dubbo City Toyota, Gilgandra Toyota and Lexus of Central West we are closely monitoring the Covid-19 situation and following the advice provided by the relevant Government health departments.

At this time, we would like to ensure you that the health and safety of our guests and staff is our number one priority.

We are excited to share that have now moved into our new Dubbo City Toyota and Lexus of Central West (formally Lexus of Dubbo) showrooms. These brand-new facilities will continue to be disinfected each evening by commercial cleaners, and we have hand sanitisers and tissues at all guest interaction points.

Our Service department is also taking extra precautions with a new driveway procedure which includes sanitising all vehicles as well as your keys being placed in zip lock bags.

We are still open for sales and service, however, with the situation constantly changing day by day, we will keep you informed of any updates as soon as possible.

Opening hours have not changed. We are trading as usual unless otherwise advised by the relevant Government health departments.


We have added extra health & safety measures such ensuring all vehicles are santisied prior to and after any service plus keeping keys in zip lock bags.


Disinfection of the Dealership will take place  each evening by commercial cleaners, hand sanitisers are placed at all  Guest contact points and desks have been placed 2 metres apart in accordance with social distancing rules.

Q1. Are there limitations on visiting Dubbo City & Gilgandra Toyota?

We’re being guided by the Australian Federal Government Department of Health as to how we can best protect the health of our staff and guests. Please help us to do this and before visiting us, please stop and consider;

  1. Have you been overseas in the past 14 days? 
  2. Have you knowingly had contact with anyone infected with COVID-19 in the past 14 days? 
  3. Do you feel unwell? 

If you have answered “yes” to any of the above questions, for the safety of our staff and other guests, please choose to contact us by phone, call or text, and email. We are currently practicing extra hygiene measures and social distancing to keep our guests and staff safe.

Q2. I need to reschedule my upcoming service booking. How do I do that?

We understand things are changing constantly at the moment and if you need to reschedule that is no problem. Just call us, email us or message us through facebook.

Q3. Is the Service Courtesy Car still operating?

As at 27 March 2020, the courtesy car is still operating. With that being said, there are delays with the additional safety and cleaning measures. We are limiting the amount of guests taken in the vehicle, as well as cleaning the vehicle after each lift.

Q4. Can I still wait for my car to be serviced?

Yes, you are more than welcome to wait for your vehicle to be serviced. You are welcome to wait for your car in our lounge. However, please practise social distancing and good hand hygiene. We have reduced the seating capacity in our lounges. We thank you for understanding. We continue to have bottled water, single serve cookies, and coffees available.

Q5. I need parts for my car but prefer not to come in or can’t come in. Can I still buy parts?

Yes you can. Please give our team a call and we can organize for the parts to be delivered to you. Limitations apply, but get in touch and we will do our best to get the items to you.

Q6. I’d like to buy a new Toyota but would prefer not to come into Dubbo City & Gilgandra Toyota. Can I buy online?

Yes you can! Our Online Conceirge, Dylan, would be delighted to assist you. We can provide information about your options, including videos and financing options. You can also view our inventory online.

Q7. I’d like to buy a Pre-Owned vehicle but would prefer not to come into Dubbo City & Gilgandra Toyota buy online?

You can, and you can get a great deal as well with our Hop To It – Pre-Owned Car Clearance on now. We provide video overviews, delivery options, and finance options. 

Q8. I’d like to make a Fleet purchase enquiry but would prefer not to come into Dubbo City & Gilgandra appointment. Can I buy online? 

Yes, our fleet department is still business as usual. Our Fleet Sales Consultant, Niall McNicol, would be happy to assist you. Please email him via or give him a call at the dealership.

Q9: I’m scheduled to take delivery of my new or Pre-Owned vehicle. Has anything changed?

At the moment, we continue to abide by all government recommendations. We have contacted all guests who’s vehicles may be impacted by any changes in the immediate future, but please contact our Sales Manager, Justin Sultana, for any further questions or concerns.
