We are on the hunt for a Service Manager who can juggle customer service, workshop coordination, and team leadership—all with a smile on their face. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and ensure they have an outstanding service experience.
- Manage service bookings, check-ins, and keep customers updated—because nobody likes being left in the dark!
- Provide clear and honest quotes for maintenance work (no surprises here).
- Keep the workshop humming by allocating jobs to technicians with precision.
- Maintain a smooth workflow, prioritise tasks, and ensure deadlines are met (without breaking a sweat).
- Collaborate with our Parts Manager to make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Uphold top-tier safety and quality standards—because safety first, always!
- Take full ownership of the Service Department, bringing fresh ideas and leadership to the table.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong track record in customer service-focused roles delivering exceptional experience.
- Experience in a Service Advisor, Technicians (Mechanic), or Parts Interpreter role (preferred but not essential).
- A people-person who thrives on solving customer problems and creating positive experiences.
- Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a hunger to grow and learn.
