Guest Communication Update
This month has been full of changes here at Gilgandra Toyota!
We have been in the process of transitioning to a new customer management computer system, known as TUNE. This system will allow us to compile data and information into one central location, more effectively communicate with our guests, and allow us to provide you with even better service than you have come to expect.
As with all major changes, the learning curve has been pretty big, but our staff have been working hard to learn how to use the system efficiently and effectively. We understand that some of this has been frustrating for our guests. Please know that we understand how you feel and appreciate your understanding that this is a complicated transition. Thank you for your grace in allowing us the time to implement and master this program.
