Car Valuation: How does it work?

Are you thinking about having your car valued?  Are you worried that you might not know the answers to some of the dealership's questions?  Check out the answers to some of our most Frequently Asked Questions when it comes to getting your car valued at Dubbo City Toyota:

1. What do I need to bring?

Yourself, the car and your log books.  Everything else that we might need, we are able to look up digitally here in the dealership (even if its not a Toyota).  

2. How will the value of my car be determined?

We will look at a variety of factors including make, model, odometer reading, colour, accident and repair history, service history and market demand for that type of vehicle.  

Any offer we make on your vehicle will be valid for 30 days, so you have plenty of time to think about it before you make a decision.  

3. How long does it take?

Having your car valued is quick and easy. One of our friendly team members will examine your vehicle while you relax in the comfort of our guest lounge. It takes just a few minutes of your time and there is no pressure to accept our offer.  If you are especially rushed for time, you are more than welcome to make an appointment for your valuation.  The valuation can be done in our drive through service bay to ensure you are in and out in no time.

4. What if I can't make it in to the dealership or I live too far to come in?

We are able to cater to just about any situation that may arise.  If you need your car valued without being able to attend the dealership, simply contact us and ask to speak to our Used Car Manager, Graham.  Graham will easily help you through the process of obtaining a valuation on your vehicle without coming in to the dealership.
